Meet Sara
For more than thirty years, I've spent my days helping people feel better and look better. I trained as a massage therapist when I was young, fell in love with skincare along the way, and eventually built Cara Mia so I could do both — the slow, careful, custom kind, never rushed.
Every face that comes through this door gets a protocol that's right for them today: not yesterday, not the menu, not a template. That's the part I've spent three decades getting right.
