Please feel free to read some of our policies below.  All policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients while maintaining the high standards of service that Cara Mia is known for.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to offer the time slot to another client. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our appointment schedule and serve all our clients effectively.

At Cara Mia, our priority is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any of our services, please let us know immediately, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns and make things right. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made in accordance with the nature of the service provided. Please note that refund requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the service.

We are delighted to welcome Groupon customers to experience our services at Cara Mia. If you have purchased a Groupon voucher for our spa, please ensure to schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Groupon appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking well in advance. Groupon vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment. If you need to reschedule your Groupon appointment, please adhere to our standard cancellation policy of providing at least 24 hours' notice. Groupon vouchers are subject to their terms and conditions, and any extension beyond their expiration date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
